The furniture is beautiful - very rich looking, heavy, and well made. The color is exactly as shown on the website - the only caution I offer is to make sure that the bed is assembled carefully and by someone who knows what they are doing or the storage drawers will drag and require significant adjustment. We had our assembly done via the "white glove" service, and it took 2 trips out for our techs to get the bed set up properly (an issue with the assemblers, not the furniture manufacturer.) 5 5

The footrest are poorly designed and will easily break off. The less than 5”dowel rod aren’t two inches long and the screw that goes into it at an angle helps to break them. 1 5

When delivered and set up in 2017, the halves of the table top aligned fine (pegs on one half fit right into the holes of the other). Recently, I expanded the table using the accompanying table leaf but, after removing the leaf and pushing the table top halves together, there’s a quarter-inch space down the middle because now the pegs don’t fit into the holes anymore; the table top halves don’t come together completely. I LOVE this set. Crown Mark has a nice selection in general but the Valiant looks elegant. Looks more beautiful in person. The color is definitely silver so lighter than pictured but it just adds more beauty. And for the price! Worth buying. I placed an order Dec 6, 2020 for this bed and 2 nightstands. Items were supposedly in stock. Received an email a couple weeks later that items would be delayed 4-6 weeks. Then upon checking about that time, was told would be middle of February (which it is now). Now am being told 2 more weeks. I've even paid for the "white glove delivery" "special" they offered to have items carried in & set up, which by now I ought to get free. If they actually took any of my money except this white glove delivery, I'd be really angry. This couch is beautiful and if I ever receive it, I feel that I will love it. I placed an order for this in August and the ship date continues to be pushed out. This couch continues to show as "In Stock" however it is not! I have asked that it be updated on the website to reflect multiple times, yet it is still showing as out of stock. I am 6 months into waiting with the most recent ship date being the end of April. When I ask, I am unable to receive information as to why there is a delay other than "it's 2 of the pieces". Purchase 3 pieces in 2015, sofa,loveseat,chair.The summer of 2020 the leather on all pieces began to peel very badly. I added this product to my cart yesterday at the price of $541.02.This was not listed as a sales or promotional price. When I went to check out and add my payment information the price suddenly jumped to $592.56. The same was true for other pieces in my cart. The price jump per piece ranged from $50-$150. I contacted customer service who gave a lot of misdirection regarding their pricing and how its set and of course refused to honor the original non sale or promotional price.Super sketchy and smells a lot like deceptive practices. 1 5

We ordered our furniture almost 7 months ago. They finally delivered two of the three pieces after multiple calls to their customer service line. They appear to have lost the bed, and can't provide any updates or insight into when it could arrive after repeated calls for almost a month... Every call takes 1/2 hour and 20 minutes of that is waiting on hold. While the front line service managers are very nice, they aren't getting anywhere with the issue and there is no path to escalate within the company - the one time we were successful the Director of Operations said she would help and then disappeared. It seems to be lost on them that without the bed the other pieces aren't a set and are essentially worthless. We are waiting on the repair company to try to fix the damage which was done to the chest so fingers are crossed that we don't have to repeat the whole cycle again waiting on a replacement. 5 5

- Overall the construction is sturdy and looks are good.
- Materials are quality and I expect the chairs to last for years with little to no signs of wear.
- I was slightly annoyed that the seat width listed was from the outer edges of the arms and not the actual seat area (other chairs listed the seating area dimensions). As I purchased the sturdy armchairs for overweight eldery father, seat width matters.
- The other item of annoyance is that while the seat is comfortable, the leading edge is not overstuffed so I feel the cross bar. This can be corrected with a padded seat cover but I had hoped to avoid that.
- The lowered arms were unexpected (no height for those were provided) but it does allow the chairs to be pushed under pretty much any style table with good clearance. 2 5

The only note I'd make is that there are three drawers total: what appears to be 4 mini-drawers are really just one large middle drawer... for us the large middle drawer is more practical anyway, but if you're looking for a dresser with lots of little compartments, that's not what this one has. 5 5

I ordered furniture on July 6, 2020. Was told there may be an additional delay due to covid issues. I was told 8-12 weeks. After 14 weeks I started to email for updates. Kept getting excuses as to the delay. Finally in early November was finally told delivery was being scheduled. Delivery company is a whole new nightmare. I had four pieces altogether. Was not contacted until late November to schedule for December 2. The truck didn’t show until the 3rd and only had two items. Another delivery was attempted but the driver realized the items were not loaded onto the truck when they arrived. Since then I have had 7 changes to my delivery date and at this time I still do not have my furniture. Bedroomfurniturediscounts.com took 19 weeks to get my furniture in and the delivery company has had my furniture for an additional 5 weeks. I have asked for help from everyone I can talk to and no one is able to do anything.
If someone within the company can help I would appreciate it. My service rep Gary claims his hands are tied and isn’t able to do anything.

The product was great. We love it. The delivery however, I'm still trying to resolve. The delivery person assembled the table using a drill and over tightened the screws causing them to be stripped and the table top to be easily lifted from the table when moving. The issue is taking an excessively long time to resolve with a huge amount of emails going back and forth. Pictures were sent, it's clear what happened. Just replace the table. 5 5
I ordered the Coaster Sandy Beach Panel Bedroom Set in White for my daughter's bedroom. It was worth the wait! The description did not do this set justice. Extremely impressed by the HIGH QUALITY of this furniture...it is heavy and well made and looks like a $4000 set. The color is a creamy white. The headboard is tall and majestic. The dresser is incredible with the glass panel insets. The entire set looks amazing! Don't think that this set is cheap because it is not. Best purchase!!!
